These could easily be accommodated when working with any good company, but they refused. There is no structural adjustment there. The project manager does not accommodate questions. All he wants is to lecture you like a kid.

It sounds like ryland homes is jerking you around. You ought to retain a real estate attorney. A REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY. If it's gonna cost you $30k in expenses, to sell your house, he just might be able to work out deal between you and ryland.

Get bids from the top-rated contractors in your area. Learn to see things from the perspective of others and stop slandering good people who work for a living. Processes in-house as you point out don't make the process smoother.
During last few days March of 2007, I made an offer on a Ryland Home. The Ryland sales rep declined my offer stating that other people are looking at the home. A week later in April of 2007, the same sales rep called me back and told me that if I am still interested, then they will move forward with my offer.

I hesitated and told her I would get back to her. I have called the warranty dept 14 times since early September, and not one person has returned my call. I don't know if they actually found the leak yet, I don't know if there is mold in my house, I don't know when this is going to end.

It should also be known that in America everyone has a First Amendment Right to Free Speech, even if that speech is less than flattering. There are reasons why an author may 'not confirm' an email account. The primary reason is because they want to stay completely anonymous, they do not want to risk any reprisal. Or they could be a whistleblower, employee or ex-employee insider who doesn’t want to be discovered. Remember, just because an author has 'not confirmed' their email account does not mean the Ripoff Report they authored is not truthful.
Ryland Homes Uncooperative, won't return calls or certified letters Oldsmar Florida
That I would say was me dropping the ball. It makes them feel good not to hold up their end of the deal which was promised by the sales rep. I have only been in my new home just over 60 days.

It was a few days before the closing date, I receive a call from my sales rep telling me that the close may not happen of the specified date because the paper work may not be ready. My rental was already leased to a new tennent & the moving van was scheduled for May 25th. My wife and I didn't feel like sleeping in a hotel. My sales rep told me to stand by the phone on May 25th and will call me if the close is still happening.
After conducting research, my situation is not unique. The poorly constructed home has caused financial hardship and stress for my family who recently located from Baltimore County to Carroll County. We are mortified and stressed that a home that cost well over $500,000 has experienced this level of construction nightmares over the last six years. At that point I was looking at other home builders. The sales rep called me back and told me about the specials that Ryland is currently offering and that I can take advantage of these specials. The specials were $10,000 towards closing costs and 40% off you principal payments for the first year.
This will cost me a lot more in accommodation and storage costs. I purchased the home a few months ago, when they give you the key, it's a nightmare to get warranty items fixed. I have a pantry that gets very hot, I submitted a warranty claim, warranty guy Kevin said his manager said nothing can be done.
